Human Resources Professional, Saudi Arabia

Unicorn Capital Saudi Arabia, majority owned by Unicorn Investment Bank (Unicorn), has received approval from Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) to commence operations in the Kingdom. Unicorn Capital Saudi Arabia will provide the Saudi market with an integrated and comprehensive range of Islamic investment products and services, with the full support and depth of Unicorn Investment Bank, an established Islamic investment bank headquartered in Bahrain. UCSA is looking to appoint a Human Resources Professional based in Riyadh, to work closely with the CEO in Riyadh and the HRD in Bahrain.

Based in Saudi and reporting to CEO and the Human Resources Director in Bahrain, you will actively participate in implementing HR activities in coordination with the HQ.You will contribute to the development and implementing of HR strategies in compliance with KSA requirements and will complete administration of staffing and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and development programs you will also;


• Provide generalist HR services in co-ordination with Unicorn Investment Bank B.S.C.(c) HR
  
  
• Liaise with senior management regarding the development and delivery of effective HR strategies, development and programs
  
  
• Manage the local recruitment process
  
  
• Assist with Performance Management
  
  
• Support Performance Counselling
  
  
• Handle employee relations issues
  
  
• Staff Development & delivery of programs
  
  
• Change Management
  
  
• interpretation and implementation of HR policies in line with Unicorn policies
  
  
• resolution of employee queries
  
  
• coaching of managers and team leaders on HR related issues
  
  
• develop education programs on HR initiatives
  
  
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of effective working relationships with key stakeholders/ managers and contacts.
  
  

The successful candidate must be Degree qualified (in HR or a related field) and hold Professional Human Resources qualifications. You will have 5 years generalist HR experience ideally in financial services in Saudi Arabia and be familiar with the local regulatory bodies and matters. In addition you will have;
• Good knowledge of prevailing HR practices, trends and developments
  
  
• Solid grasp of labour law and regulations of Saudi Arabia and the GCC
  
  
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  
  
• The maturity to influence and relate to people at all levels
  
  
• A strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals
  
  
• English and Arabic verbal and written skills
